Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a Support Services Program Manager / Specialist to lead integration activities and provide quality assurance within the OTS Enterprise Architecture environment. The role involves assisting in budgeting, supporting customer agencies with financial reporting, and providing expertise on agency systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead integration activities between agencies and third parties within the OTS Enterprise Architecture (EA) environment

Provide quality assurance reviews as requested by management

Assist management with budgeting and the development and refinement of cost allocation for all Enterprise Architecture lines of service

Support OTS customer agencies in the development of federal and state financial reporting

Provide subject matter expertise on applicable agency systems and technologies

Assist OTS in the evaluation of new and emerging technologies

Lead or assist OTS in the review of technical documentation

Perform other duties as assigned by the executive team

Required

Minimum of five (5) years of experience with the OTS Enterprise Architecture environment

Minimum of twenty (20) years of experience with technologies used within the State of Louisiana systems

Minimum of fifteen (15) years of project management experience

Prior experience with large-scale state Enterprise Architecture systems serving multiple governmental agencies

Experience with rate setting, cost allocation, and invoicing

Experience determining and establishing lines of service costs

Experience with Health and Human Services applications, including but not limited to: Medicaid, SNAP/TANF, Child Welfare, Child Support, Child Care Licensing

Experience drafting the following documents: Advanced Planning Documents (APD), Advanced Planning Document Updates, Implementation Advanced Planning Documents (IAPD), Cost Allocation Plans
