Responsibilities
Provide guidance, leadership, and direction to the waste leveler team
Ensure that furniture hauling and cleaning tasks are completed to the required standards
Manage and replenish supplies needed for cleaning tasks
Using a company truck, drive to 5-12 properties daily on assigned route
Check in, take photos, and document bulky items/furniture at each property using our proprietary app
Sweep up around each dumpster or compactor
Break down large boxes and ensure proper recycling practices are being followed
Where necessary, move trash bags from one dumpster to another to eliminate overflowing trash
Work quickly and efficiently to complete route before waste hauler arrives
Qualification
Required

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at a time
Must be able to get in and out of truck hundreds of times throughout the shift
Must be able to move quickly using a broom and dust pan
Must be able to operate a vehicle safely for 8+ hours at a time
Must be able to work the early shift of 4 AM to 12 PM
Driver's license and driving record in good standing
Criminal background check and drug screen required
