Business Systems Projects Manager (Hybrid)
Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking a Business Systems Projects Manager to oversee and coordinate projects with technological components. The role involves developing project management policies, documenting business processes, and ensuring successful project completion while maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Work with the project team to set project goals and develop plans to meet those goals
Establish and maintain contacts within business units to better understand and develop business processes
Maintain project timeframes, budget estimates, and status reports
Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities
Implement strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
Use project management tool (TeamDynamix) to track projects, project performance, budget, and schedule adherence
Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress
Assist supervisor with development of processes and procedures for project management
Assist with the creation and maintenance of a business process library
Document, validate, propose, and implement improvements to business processes
Conducting risk assessments for projects
Assist supervisor with administration of the project management tool
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in project management, business architecture, IT, or related discipline, OR, equivalent combination of education and work experience which qualifies the individual to perform the above duties
Driver License, Valid and in State Valid Driver's License
Five (5) years' experience with managing technical projects
Proven history of successful project completion
Experience documenting and modeling business processes
Experience working with project management tools
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form
Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with students, staff, and the public
Strong organizational skills
Sensitivity to the expectations of staff, faculty, students, and the administration
Commitment to continued professional development
Demonstrated sensitivity to diversity and multicultural issues
Must possess a valid driver's license
Ability to successfully train students, staff, and faculty in the operation of computer applications and software products
Preferred
ITIL Foundations v3 ITIL Foundations certified
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI PMP or similar management certification
CBA or similar architecture certification
Experience using TeamDynamix
Experience managing projects in an educational setting
ITIL Foundations certified
PMP or similar project management certification
CBA or similar business architecture certification
