Responsibilities
Manage client retention through renewals, rebids, and contract extensions while strengthening existing customer relationships
Identify, develop, and close new and existing sales opportunities to achieve revenue and margin targets
Execute territory-specific sales plans, analyze revenue forecasts, and monitor market and competitor trends
Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to support sales success and client service delivery
Contribute to RFP development, client presentations, and represent the organization at industry events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or related experience in Criminal Justice, Business, Communications, or a related field
Five (5) years of professional experience
None required for licenses/certifications
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience working with criminal justice systems or selling services to government or similar agencies
Industry and sales experience highly desirable
Knowledge of sales strategies specific to government sales
