Responsibilities
Independently performing a wide range of the more complex analytical and technical assignments related to the support of the district office
Responsible for the coordination, review, and analysis of survey and complaint data required by Federal and State mandates
Gather, sort, analyze and monitor information related to complaints and enforcement activities and prepare monthly summary reports based on the results of the above analysis
Act as liaison to Headquarters and field office personnel
Qualification
Required
Independently performing a wide range of the more complex analytical and technical assignments related to the support of the district office
Coordination, review, and analysis of survey and complaint data required by Federal and State mandates
Gathering, sorting, analyzing and monitoring information related to complaints and enforcement activities
Preparing monthly summary reports based on the results of the analysis
Acting as a liaison to Headquarters and field office personnel
Writing a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that includes specific examples of education, training, and experience
Taking and passing the examination for this classification to be eligible for hire if new to California State Service
Completing and passing the examination for this classification to qualify for this position if a current state employee without transfer or list eligibility
Preferred
Analytical experience in budgeting, management analysis, personnel, planning, program evaluation, and policy analysis

Telework up to three (3) days per week
Business travel may be required, and reimbursement considers an employee’s designated headquarters office subject to regulations and bargaining unit contract provisions.
