Responsibilities
Collaborate on campaign and brand concepts
Create visual directions, mood boards, and creative systems
Translate abstract ideas into clear, compelling visuals
Develop logos, lockups, textures, patterns, and graphic systems
Adapt and extend existing brand assets for specific campaigns
Modify client brand elements while maintaining strict brand compliance
Design assets for websites, presentations, campaigns, and launches
Support broader marketing initiatives beyond events
Ensure consistency across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints
Design visual assets that extend into physical environments
Support signage, large-format graphics, and event branding/visuals
Contribute to apparel and lifestyle brand design
Support graphics, branding, and visual storytelling for fashion- and fitness-adjacent projects
Adapt design thinking across tech, lifestyle, and consumer brands
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Ability to work independently from concept to execution
Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and composition
Comfort working with high-profile brand guidelines
Preferred
Strong working knowledge of SketchUp for spatial or environmental visualization
Experience working with major brands or regulated brand systems
Familiarity with experiential or environmental design
Apparel or lifestyle branding experience
Experience collaborating closely with founders or creative directors
