Flight Innovation, Inc. is seeking an Intern for Flight Dispatch to join their Network Operations Control team. This role involves supporting the Flight Dispatch group through project work, administrative duties, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Attend meetings and perform meeting scribe responsibilities

Coordinate with stakeholders to revise and publish Dispatch manuals, checklists, City Pair Briefing Guides (CPBG), and other publications in accordance with dispatch standardization

Perform Dispatch Line Check Dispatcher (LCD) administrative duties that may include assigning Dispatch desk checks, coordinate meetings, and desk check documentation tracking

Assist in the development and improvement of Dispatch desk check material to provide statistical data metrics for dispatch training and policy implementation

Assist the on-duty Manager of Dispatch Operations (MDO) or Chief Dispatcher as required (administrative tasks, scheduling issues, etc.)

Collaborate with IT development teams on the integration of dispatch data into new operational decision support tools and platforms (Skyplan, Kronos, and Pelesys)

Additional tasks/project work as assigned by Dispatch leadership
