Responsibilities

Receive and process customer account payments
Create and maintain customer accounts
Answer telephone, respond to email, and assist office visitors
Assist customers with registering and/or troubleshooting online billing/payment portal
Prepare and mail various correspondence to customers
Prepare delinquent sewer/trash account notices for review and processing
Process Accounts Payable
Provide administrative support
Work closely with billing software, bank lockbox, and online payment/mailing vendors
