Responsibilities

Under limited supervision from the canteen branch chief, provide administrative and program support to institutional canteen managers, warehouse operations & vending services
Provide assistance to canteen managers by auditing & inspection of institutional canteens to ensure compliance with policies/procedures
Ensure cleanliness, proper stock rotation procedures, unauthorized stock and security
Verify accuracy of inventories & create appropriate adjustments
Create & distribute audit results
Conduct comprehensive training program for managers
Provide support in the absence of & to vending services
Perform other duties as assigned
Participate in quarterly/annual inventories
Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire

Required

A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services
A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience
