Responsibilities
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, epitomize the Company's Core Values and follow all company policies and procedures
Develop and maintain great working relationships with customers, vendors and employees
Ensure professional, accurate and timely communication by phone, over email and in person with wholesale customers to assist them with their plumbing supply purchases
Communicate with branch manager and purchasing department of any product shortages or outages
Pull customer will call orders from warehouse shelves as necessary. Help to maintain a neat and clean warehouse by performing general housekeeping duties as required
Exercise safety at all times
Maintain neat, clean and professional appearance
Qualification
Required
Professional and upbeat demeanor with excellent customer service skills, including exceptional oral and written communication skills
Must be able to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds
Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace
Preferred
One to three years of sales experience preferred
Prior knowledge of plumbing products and supplies helpful
