Required

Under the general supervision of the Chief, Office of Human Rights (OHR); and under direction of the Staff Service Manager I (SSM I). The Analyst II serves as an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Coordinator assigned to a Hospital

Coordinating and conducting EEO training
Providing EEO guidance to staff, supervisors, and managers
Providing consultation to the Executive Director, and special projects
Essential functions of this position may be performed via telework and/or flexible scheduling
Consistent with Policy Directive 5338, telework may be considered with prior approval from management
Although the ability to telework may be granted, incumbent must be available to report to DSH Coalinga and attend in-person mandated trainings, essential meetings, and present in-person trainings, when requested by OHR Management
Use of technology, including but not limited to Cisco Jabber, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Zoom and other virtual platforms is required
Travel to Sacramento when required for staff meetings, training, etc., and/or may minimally travel throughout California as needed, with prior notice
Requires ability to effectively handle stress of multiple demands and deadlines, and fast paced environment
Requires daily use of a personal computer and related software applications at a workstation
Requires ability to complete tasks that require making repetitive hand movements in the performance of daily duties
Requires prolonged sitting and/or standing in a workstation for 6.5 to 7 hours per day
Requires punctual and regular attendance
Requires occasional travel to report to in-person mandated trainings and essential meetings
