Required

Admission to practice law in Colorado with excellent academic credentials

2+ years of experience specializing in providing legal advice on data privacy matters

Experience assisting companies with compliance issues in relation to the CCPA, modern state privacy laws, GDPR, the FTC Act and other global privacy laws and regulations

Experience drafting and revising privacy notices, data protection impact assessments, records of processing, and other data privacy compliance documents
