The role involves building high-quality software solutions, mentoring junior engineers, and leading technical initiatives to shape the technology roadmap.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of software engineers through design, development, testing, and deployment of complex applications
Design, code, review, and implement new features and system enhancements
Collaborate closely with Architects, Product Owners, and Project Managers to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Ensure adherence to DevSecOps standards, coding best practices, and CI/CD pipelines
Identify and mitigate risks while continuously improving system performance and reliability
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience
Java fullstack developer with AWS and Kubernetes
Angular 16+ version, SpringBoot, Hibernate, Microservices
Migrating from on-dem to club — it is going to be containerization environment
Kubernetes developer or administration (CKA) certification is MUST HAVE
Work in agile environment
8+ years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, and Spring Integration
Hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Material UI
Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development
Proficiency in SQL / PostgreSQL or other relational databases
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
AWS or Kubernetes certification is a plus
Experience in developing global-scale or enterprise-level applications
Familiarity with modern software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven systems, etc.)
