Lawrence-Lynch Corp of Falmouth, MA is looking to hire a full-time Project Manager. This role is critical in managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to specified quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of construction projects from estimating, planning, to completion

Supervise field construction to complete work on schedule and within budget

Estimate construction projects using Bid2Win software and perform quantity takeoffs

Manage subcontractor and supplier quotes and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors

Assign individual responsibilities and allocate resources while enforcing project standards and safety

Utilize knowledge of civil engineering infrastructure projects including paving, concrete, water sewer, grading, drainage, and other utilities

Participate in professional development activities and mentor other employees

Required

A High School diploma and 5 years of construction field operations experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of highways and roads, site work, or other related fields

In-depth knowledge of civil engineering infrastructure projects, including paving, concrete, water, sewer, grading, drainage, and other utilities

Proven leadership skills and ability to delegate work

Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Valid driver's license

Ability to successfully pass a CORI background check is required for certain projects

Have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 certification, first aid/CPR certification

Preferred

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or a related field AND prior experience with MassDOT projects are strongly preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration

Experience with estimating software such as Bid2Win is also desirable

Competent person, excavation, trenching, first aid/CPR, and fall protection certifications are also preferred but not necessarily required
