Responsibilities

Working on complex issues and assessing program performance where the analysis of situations and/or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors aiming to maximize ROI and accomplishing strategic objectives

You will lead and evaluate project managers to coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners

You will perform feasibility and needs/impact assessments, defining project requirements, developing detailed project plans and managing all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget

You will make decisions based on unit objectives, and company policies and procedures, including hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews as well as determining methods and procedures on new assignments

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration or IT/IS or equivalent related experience

5+ years in a management role with a strong preference given to those with program Management experience

Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization skills

Extensive working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively utilizing work and project plans to meet deadlines
