Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design initiatives, including ideation, user flows, wireframes, visual design, and detailed specifications

Deliver high-quality, user-centered product experiences across multiple platforms with a focus on simplicity, consistency, and innovation

Apply and evolve design systems to create scalable, cohesive user experiences

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, engineers, researchers, marketers, designers) to define problems and deliver polished solutions

Drive alignment and consensus through clear communication and exploratory design

Incorporate research insights and usability testing into design decisions

Contribute to design culture through mentorship, collaboration, and feedback
