Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end recruitment across all hiring needs, including corporate, operations, management, and leadership roles
Partner closely with Business Leaders, HRBP, and Hiring Managers to translate workforce plans into actionable hiring strategies
Ensure timely hiring delivery, strong candidate quality, and positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Drive data-driven recruitment decisions, tracking key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
Continuously optimize recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and assessment approaches to improve hiring outcomes
Manage and optimize relationships with external vendors (headhunter, agencies, talent partners) when required
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on talent availability, market insights, and compensation benchmarks
Hand-on involvement in critical and senior-level hiring when needed
Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team with a strong focus on delivery, accountability, and quality
Set clear performance expectations and monitor recruiter productivity and outcomes
Build a high-ownership, hands-on recruitment culture

Required

8–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a people management role
Strong hands-on experience in high-volume and fast-growing environments (logistics, mobility, tech, startup, or large-scale operations preferred)
Proven track record of driving recruitment results, not just designing frameworks
Exposure to multi-market or international hiring is an advantage
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Execution-driven mindset with the ability to balance speed and quality
Data-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment metrics

Preferred

Strong hands-on experience in high-volume and fast-growing environments (logistics, mobility, tech, startup, or large-scale operations preferred)
Exposure to multi-market or international hiring is an advantage
