Responsibilities

Lead the candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a positive impression of QXO throughout the hiring process

Manage end-to-end interview logistics, including virtual and onsite interviews across multiple time zones and functions

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to design smooth interview experiences, aligning on structure, process, and candidate touchpoints

Handle recruitment operations by coordinating offer letters, background checks, and onboarding tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness

Track and maintain candidate data, interview documentation, and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and provide reporting that supports team insights and performance

Identify opportunities to optimize processes and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and elevate the candidate experience
