They are seeking a Commissioning & Integration Specialist responsible for performing tasks to support the commissioning of BTS equipment, which includes leading a crew, installing and troubleshooting equipment, and conducting safety training.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a crew of 2–3 members, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently
Install, test, and troubleshoot radio equipment, fiber optics, and power systems
Conduct commissioning and integration of BTS equipment, including software updates and performance testing
Handle conduit routing, panel wiring, grounding, and steel/concrete platform installations
Perform safety training, enforce safety standards, and foster a culture of safe work practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelors' Degree in engineering preferred (EE, CE, ME, CS, or equivalent technical degree) with 4+ years of industry experience
Prior experience in commissioning engineering activities required
Very knowledgeable of Wireless Network and Mobile Interworking (Core, BSC, RAN or IP) network elements
Proven experience in fieldwork with a strong technical background
Ability to lift 60 lbs and work at heights using ladders, roof hatches, and catwalks
Proficiency in tools like drills, saws, and sweep gear
Completion of OSHA, CPR, and RF safety certifications (or willingness to complete)
Preferred
Prior experience and/or proven ability to develop, train, and supervise junior Commissioning Engineers
