Responsibilities

Define and execute the vision and strategy for SMB and Enterprise digital experiences across web, mobile, and portal-based platforms
Own the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing initiatives that improve usability, adoption, efficiency, and business value
Lead the design, development, enhancement, and optimization of digital products serving business customers
Collaborate with UX, engineering, IT, sales, customer success, and operations to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences
Use analytics, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to drive informed product decisions
Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and frictionless workflows across all digital products
Communicate product vision, priorities, and outcomes to executives and cross-functional leaders
Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

8+ years of product management experience, preferably delivering SMB or enterprise digital products
Proven ability to define product vision, prioritize backlogs, and deliver high-impact digital experiences
Strong knowledge of UX principles, Agile methodologies, and digital product lifecycle
Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs, data insights, and customer feedback to guide decisions
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated passion for intuitive digital experiences and solving business customer problems
Proficiency using ServiceNow, Miro, MS Office Suite/MS Teams, and JIRA

Preferred

Experience designing or managing digital portals, mobile apps, or enterprise self-service platforms
Background in telecom, SaaS, digital operations, or enterprise technology
Experience leading discovery workshops or cross-functional ideation sessions
Understanding of B2B digital customer journeys, lifecycle automation, or self-service ecosystems
