Senior Business Development Representative
Transcend is building a privacy platform that integrates privacy into tech stacks. They are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to contribute to sales efforts by creating qualified pipelines and engaging with prospective customers across various channels.

Responsibilities
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to own the creation of qualified pipeline through tailored creative outreach cadences, strategically source contacts from target accounts and sending personalized messages at scale to start a relationship within the prospect account
Develop Account POVs and Plans: Build internal account briefs, POVs, and full account pursuit plans outlining org charts, key initiatives, relevant Transcend value narratives, customer context, and optimal entry points
Initiate and engage in high-level conversations across privacy, digital, marketing, legal and dats stakeholders up to c-level leadership to enhance awareness and interest in targeted Enterprise accounts
Collaborate within and across teams - including building long-lasting partnerships with prospective customers
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date. Log activity, insights, personas, and qualification notes. Ensure opportunities follow clear methodology and structured handoff to AEs
Respond to and qualify, within established SLA, inbound inquiries regarding company interest
Develop new outreach templates, insights, and messaging that can be adopted across the wider revenue organization
Own your book of business with an entrepreneurial mindset
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development or a quota-carrying sales role, preferably within the SaaS or enterprise software industry
Demonstrated proficiency in initiating timely and effective outreach to identified, in-market enterprise accounts
Expertise in using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, and Outreach
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to confidently and clearly articulate the company's product offerings in comparison to market competitors
Experience prospecting to personas across Privacy, Legal, Compliance, IT, Security, Marketing/Digital, or Engineering
