BAYADA Home Health Care is a non-profit organization seeking a full-time Clinical Manager (RN required) for their Medicare certified Oahu Visits office in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Clinical Manager will lead field staff in providing exceptional client service and clinical excellence while overseeing internal case management and staff development.

Responsibilities

Directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals

Processing incoming referrals

Management and mentoring of Clinical Associates and field staff

Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation of field staff

Documentation review, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base (HCHB)

Monitoring quality assurance

Managing staff productivity, and overall case management

Qualification

Hawaii Registered Nurse licenseMedicare Certified Home Health experienceOASIS documentation knowledgeICD-10 coding knowledgeHome Care Home Base (HCHB)People management experienceAcute care experienceMed/surge experienceSub-acute experienceOrganizational skillsInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills

Required

An active Hawaii Registered Nurse license

Recent Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience

Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation

Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding

Strong people management and leadership experience highly desired

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred

Home Health experience preferred

HCHB a plus

Acute, med/surge, and/or sub-acute experience preferred/required
