Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items

Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs. Ensure that all documents are up-to-date and readily accessible to the team

Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders. This involves communicating project updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring that stakeholders are informed about project progress and any issues

Assist in tracking project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials. Help ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and within budget constraints

Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. This can involve analyzing current workflows, gathering data, and proposing new methodologies
