This role involves ensuring an exceptional customer experience through vehicle evaluations, paperwork facilitation, and driving to customer appointments.

Responsibilities
Deliver a uniquely special experience to each customer, providing exceptional service
Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in our customer tracking system
Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with our CMV Driver Qualification policy
Assist team members with various tasks as necessary
Drive to approximately 6-8 appointments daily at customer homes, evaluating vehicles and managing paperwork
Qualification
Required
Customer service oriented with 2+ years of customer-facing experience
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for the past 5 years
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills in English
Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time
Preferred
Sense of humor and a passion for the customer experience
Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
Team player with an understanding of the value of teamwork
Interest in working hard, being challenged in a fast-paced environment, and having fun while doing it
