Responsibilities
Review, monitor, and control project data in support of our internal and external project reporting
Preparing baselines
Ensuring alignment with program schedules
Assisting with cost proposals
Pricing documentation
What-if cost analysis
Program cost forecasts
Cost variance analysis
Staying aware of outstanding work against each contract
Maintaining realistic cost and schedule baselines
Ensuring timely billing and collections
Maintaining awareness of funding limitations
Ensuring timely funding requests are made as well as forthcoming orders
Ensuring revenue and earnings projections are accurately projected
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study and typically 6+ years of relevant experience
Ability to effectively and clearly communicate program and financial related information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software, especially Excel
Proficient and demonstrable Earned Value Management practices
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams
Experience in process and tool improvement
Well-versed in working with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and applications
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
