Responsibilities
Placement of employment advertisements
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
Processes new hires and ensures that all documentation is complete, including Basic Pilot online authorizations and sets up new personnel files
Assist with payroll processing
Assist with the distribution of shipping payroll checks
Handles Team Members transfers and Payroll changes
Assists with Termination packages
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum two (2) years of administrative support experience in recruitment or related area preferred
Minimum two (2) years of HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
Good Communication Skills
Ability to interact with a wide range of personalities
Detail-oriented
Reliable transportation
Valid California driver's license
Proof of auto insurance
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish)
Familiar with Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn
