Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, integration, and optimization of HRIS platforms and HR technologies
Oversee HR operations including compensation, benefits, onboarding, reporting, and compliance
Drive efficient, scalable HR processes that enhance organizational performance and employee experience
Champion company culture, inclusion, and engagement initiatives
Partner with business leaders to align HR solutions with organizational goals
Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution when needed
Qualification
Required
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management abilities
Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and employees
Creative, solutions-focused approach to problem solving; team-oriented and humble
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly and tailor messaging for multiple audiences
Computer literate; advanced HRIS experience required, including reporting and analytics
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field required
8+ years progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role
5+ years in HRIS or HR Operations management, including implementation of new HR technology
Proven expertise in payroll, compensation, benefits, HRIS systems, and onboarding in global or multi-site organizations
Experience managing multi-state payroll; California experience highly preferred
Experience with Canada and Mexico a plus
HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition experience a plus
Preferred
UKG HRIS Software Experience preferred
Certifications such as CCP, CEBS, CPP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PHR highly preferred
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred, or ability to obtain certification within one year of hire
