Growth Manager
GSM - Xanh SM is expanding its market presence in India and is seeking a Growth Manager to drive growth for both riders and drivers. This role involves developing and executing growth strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, and building a high-performing local growth team to establish GSM as a trusted mobility platform.
Responsibilities
Lead growth strategy and execution for India across both riders (demand) and drivers (supply)
Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven campaigns and experiments
Oversee driver recruitment and engagement marketing , ensuring strong onboarding and retention
Develop and localize brand positioning and communications that build trust and differentiation
Manage multi-channel performance marketing and optimize CAC–LTV efficiency
Build and lead a high-performing local growth team and manage budgets effectively
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Global Growth to align priorities and scale impact
Qualification
Required
At least 8 years of experience in growth, marketing, or user acquisition roles; at least 3 years in leadership
Proven success in scaling two-sided platforms (ride-hailing, delivery, marketplace, or fintech)
Strong command of digital growth tools, analytics platforms, and funnel optimization
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills; additional local language a plus
Preferred
Track record of market launch or rapid scale-up in India preferred
MBA or equivalent preferred
