Passion for the beauty industry and an understanding of clean beauty principles
Ability to work effectively in a retail or event environment and collaborate with team members
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Previous experience in beauty, sales, or marketing is a plus
Additional training or certification in sales or cosmetics is an advantage
