Caesars Entertainment is a renowned hospitality company, and they are seeking a Cabana Host for their pool complex. The primary responsibility of the Cabana Host is to make cabana reservations, welcome guests, and ensure a clean and enjoyable pool experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

All Cabana Host will report to pre-shift briefing in full Uniforms

The Cabana Host will familiarize themselves with the names of their guests and requested accommodations

The Cabana Host will be responsible for making cabana reservations and up selling amenities for the pool

Ability to perform reaching and stooping motions repeatedly needed for cleaning and stocking work

Ability to climb ladders as needed for obtaining items located on high shelves

Excellent customer service skills

Remains alert to all activity occurring within their assigned section of the pool area throughout their shift

Treats customers with courtesy and respect at all times

Remains appropriately groomed as stated in the departmental guidelines appearance code

Notifies the manager immediately of any problems at the pool requiring any extra ordinary attention (i.e., guest injury, guest employee conflict, etc.)

Ensures all guests follow pool rules (i.e., diving board safety, running, horseplay, etc.)
