Patient Admissions Coordinator

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional patient service and support during the admissions process
Ensure accurate patient information is collected and verified
Assist with insurance eligibility and verification processes
Maintain compliance with health care regulations and policies
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to facilitate patient care
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
Upon hire: National Certification of CHAA
3 years experience in Patient Access of Business office setting
Experience with insurance eligibility systems
3 years Utilization of medical terminology in job setting
Knowledge in medical billing codes
1 year Knowledge of Epic applications
