Responsibilities

Manage and maintain financial systems, including Aderant Expert, Chrome River, Intapp Time, Sage and other systems, as assigned
Serve as finance technology lead for various financial technology projects, including software implementations and upgrades, template development and integrations to the financial systems
Works in unison with the finance and IT teams to ensure ongoing system functionality while maintaining a high level of governance and oversight
Proactively identifies and implements system improvements and process enhancements
Determinedly troubleshoots financial system issues
Oversee systems maintenance, upgrades and configuration
Serves as the primary liaison between finance and IT
Liaise with external vendors to resolve system issues

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial systems management
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related field
Extensive background in legal financial systems, including Aderant Expert
Experience with SQL and API development
Skilled in reporting platforms, specifically SSRS and Power BI
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Able to work as part of a team
Good communication skills
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Proven leadership experience in a financial setting
