Sales Director

The Sales Director will develop and train Account Executives, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer relationships while ensuring effective communication between the corporate team and sales representatives.

Grow Revenue by company goal
Improve yield by company goal
Drive higher prices to improve company OR
Develop and Train Account Representatives on a value- based presentation
Ride with and coach 4 account representatives per month
Provide consistent feedback to account representatives and VP of Sales

Required

Valid Driver's license
Ability to travel on demand

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, the Internet; & current applications; willing and able to continuously upgrade one's skill set
Excellent Organization And Time Management Skills Are Essential
