Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end commission calculations and payroll processes

Enter and reconcile commission data in both Forma (new system) and legacy manual systems

Ensure accuracy and resolve errors through thorough double-checking

Support integration of commission processes for 4–5 acquired companies

Work within Forma, shared email inbox, and ticketing system

Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for manual processes

Collaborate with accounting and sales teams for data entry and reporting

Perform accruals and reconciliations

Assist with month-end close processes, condensed to two days

Willingness to work overtime during peak periods, especially at the end of February
