Enter and monitor accounts payable
Assist with PR duties as needed
Prepare deposits as needed
Reconcile bank accounts
Track and maintain the office supply inventory and order inventory as necessary
Assist with vehicle licensing and insurance
Enter and submit credit applications
Coordinate with Project Managers of job setup and maintenance
Assist with annual audit preparation
Monthly sales tax transactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar field of study
3 years + of experience or related experience
Knowledge of database application/computerized accounting and budget systems as relevant to assigned responsibilities
Knowledge of general office procedures and practices including report writing, English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation
Knowledge of computer databases i.e. Microsoft Office Suite
Skills necessary to perform multiple technical tasks with an occasional need to upgrade skills due to changing conditions
Skills necessary to interpret data and utilize pertinent software
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all ICS personnel
Ability to analyze situations and develop appropriate recommendations for action
Ability to initiate, plan and carry work through to completion
Ability to work additional hours periodically
