Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development methodologies
Strong skills in Computer Science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures
Programming expertise, including experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Proven ability to design and build scalable and reliable backend systems
Fluency in Mandarin and English for effective bilingual communication
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Preferred
Prior experience in a leadership role is a plus
Familiarity with agile development practices is beneficial
