Responsibilities
Assist with project budgeting, invoicing, and monthly status reports
Coordinate projects and handle all document control
Develop and track decision logs, create and process action items
Assist in processing accounts payable, overhead expenses, and general ledger accounting
Perform coding in general ledger and data entry
Assist with project set-up, budgeting, invoicing, and contract assessment
Utilize Excel for pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting
Submit purchase requisitions and manage labor adjustments
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in project accounting and project billing
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
Experience with Oracle software
Industry experience with a mid to large-sized accounting and finance group
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Experience in construction, engineering, environmental, or architecture industry preferred
Knowledge of GAAP, direct/indirect labor, billing, job costing, and project life cycle
