Responsibilities

Operate balance equipment and perform functional component and accessory tests as assigned
Verify work performed is in accordance with technical specifications, manuals, or other quality verification criteria
Use all types of precision measuring instruments and devices, hand and power tools, shop equipment, and machinery
Perform comprehensive examinations of hardware for serviceability and airworthiness certification
Provide routing and the movement of assemblies, hardware, tooling, and other material in support of assigned area
Maintain records and perform related duties
Perform functional tests and maintain process controls

Required

Active Military personnel of their last 180 days before exiting Military service
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in the use of precision measuring instruments
FAA Power Plant License or the 8610-2 Military form
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e., a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))

Preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in the use of basic hand and power tools
Experience with computers, applications, and keyboarding
