Change Implementation Consultant - Lead IC

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant in Global Payments & Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will lead implementation projects, coordinate Treasury Management products, and ensure timely completion while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customer
Lead simple to complex implementation projects and coordinate the setup of Treasury Management products and services
Ensure that products are completed according to established timelines
Identify, and provide effective training methods for our customers
Collaborate and consult with peers and partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer’s needs
Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit
Coordinate appropriate meetings
Communicate status to the customer and line partners
Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues

Required

2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Preferred

2+ years of Treasury Management product knowledge & experience
Previous experience working with customers
Extensive experience asking questions and identifying complex financial needs in order to provide relevant options to customers
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners
Previous leadership experience with the ability to make decisions
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work within an ever-changing environment
Ability to exercise independent judgement, manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with others within the team
