2+ years expgpac is a well-established and respected law firm in New York City seeking a Corporate / M&A Associate Attorney to join its growing transactional practice. The role involves representing clients in complex corporate transactions and managing legal due diligence for M&A transactions.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex corporate transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and related transaction documents
Conduct and manage legal due diligence for M&A transactions
Assist with entity formation, governance, and general corporate matters
Work closely with partners and clients to structure transactions and manage deal timelines
Collaborate with tax, finance, and other practice groups as needed
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active member of the New York Bar in good standing
2+ years of corporate and/or M&A transactional experience
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
Professional, client-facing communication style
