Responsibilities

Own and optimise the configuration of business systems across all business areas (Marketing, Sales, HR, Customer Success, Operations, Customer Care)

Spend roughly half of your efforts on HubSpot, with the remainder on other business systems such as Slack, Rippling, Aircall, Linear and Google Workspace

Work with system users to understand their key processes and pain points

Maintain system hygiene and troubleshoot issues quickly

Document custom system design and key usage patterns

Reduce friction for teams by leveraging automation. Use AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve data quality by building and maintaining low-code/no-code automations, agentic AI platforms, and integrations using tools like HubSpot and n8n

Work closely with the Ops, Commercial, Program Management Office (PMO), and Data to understand how systems support their work and propose practical opportunities to improve tools and AI use in daily processes

Implement and govern a robust, effective change control system for business system configuration changes, ensuring that proper safeguards, approval, and prioritization frameworks are in place

Support the Program Management Office (PMO) with technical feasibility analysis during process mapping and solution design

Work with Commercial and Operations leadership
