Responsibilities

Enter survey responses and customer information into company databases or survey management systems with high accuracy

Verify and validate data for completeness and consistency; promptly resolve discrepancies

Scan, organize, and maintain digital and physical survey records for easy access

Ensure secure handling of sensitive data in compliance with company and federal privacy regulations

Respond to customer or team inquiries regarding survey submissions

Assist in quality assurance processes, including data audits and reconciliations
