Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of Integration, Verification, or Troubleshoot Test activities in our labs, in the field, or at a Depot facility
Support activity may require travel
Support qualification of our products
Support troubleshooting and failure data analyses, including root cause and corrective action processes and advanced use of lab or field test equipment
Complete and compile detailed performance evaluations, including the use of analysis tools, such as MATLAB
Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to internal or external stakeholders
Support in managing engineering support activities related to test and trouble-shoot of hardware
Perform root-cause analysis & implement minor design changes
Maintain engineering specifications (DS, ARD, etc.) & drawing (Schematics & Assembly Drawings)
Maintain engineering databases
Coordinate engineering tag up and meetings between the Program, System Engineering, and Chief Engineer
Resolve and coordinate system technical solutions with Engineering teams
Provide technical guidance and support to Engineering IPTLs
Participate in periodic team meetings, interface teleconference meetings, working group meetings
Support associated with implementing process requirements
Support for mockup hardware repairs
Sustainment/Depot returns and repair

Required

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Physics degree program)
This position requires 12 months or more of professional experience (excluding internships)
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Experience with tools, such as Microsoft Office, MATLAB or Python, for data analysis and automation
Experience with troubleshooting technical issues with electronics in an academic or internship setting, including the use of common commercial test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.)

Preferred

Experience with or exposure to various military platforms for weapons conveyance, such as ships, ground combat systems, fixed and rotary wing aircraft
Experience with using telemetry data collection equipment to capture real time data and/or real time monitoring
Experience with electrical schematics, interface control documentation, and communications protocols
Experience with reading and integrating software routines with hardware/electronics; C/C++/C# preferred
Experience with instrumentation and collection of large data sets, including the application of scripting or automation to data collection and analysis
