Responsibilities

Support healthcare business operations by gathering and documenting business and operational requirements

Create and maintain process flows, workflow diagrams, and basic reports

Collaborate with clinical, billing, patient access, compliance, and operations teams

Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and operational documentation

Maintain accurate documentation including BRDs, process documents, and reports

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Respond to operational inquiries and escalate issues to senior analysts as needed
