Responsibilities
Lead by example through visible presence on the restaurant floor-coaching, engaging, and supporting team members
Deliver and model exceptional hospitality, setting the tone for service excellence
Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance coaching
Ensure consistent execution of systems, standards, and processes to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
Work closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations
Follow procedures and protocols to ensure the entire team is set up to succeed in providing great experiences to our members
Consistently display positive and helpful attitude to assist golfers utilizing the Men's Grill
Display complete and comprehensive knowledge of the club, golf, and food and beverage operations as a whole
Follow and enforce daily opening/closing procedures, complete daily checklists, and execute day-to-day operations relatively independently
Guarantee all areas are member-ready at all times
Become familiar with members' names and greet them accordingly in a manner to provide a warm welcome that will make them feel right at home
Assist fellow team members to provide unique, personalized service that cannot be found anywhere else!
Have the ability to assist in other areas and the willingness to learn in order to serve our members the best ways we can
Qualification
Required
1-2 Years restaurant or private club supervisory experience
Proven leadership and team development skills
High attention to detail and commitment to providing genuine hospitality
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
RAMP Certification (or ability to obtain)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
Preferred
Jonas Point of Sale (POS) software knowledge preferred but not required
