Test & Evaluation Analyst III
Skylla Engineering is an agile and adaptive technology company focused on delivering solutions for the nation's defense. The Test & Evaluation Analyst III will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing test and evaluation activities across Marine Corps Programs.

Responsibilities
Review and advise Customer personnel on T&E policy and MCSC T&E Handbook guidance
Review and provide feedback to the Customer on T&E related matters to include Test Plans, Test Procedures, TEMPs, and other documentation that impact T&E
Observe the preparation and execution of the testing and demonstration of system capabilities and verify that the provider's (Customer or Contractor) documentation and solutions (hardware, software and total system) are adequate and acceptable to MCSC
Develop, and deliver associated technical documentation such as: TEMPs, Test Plans (TP), Test Procedures, Data Analysis Plans (DAP), Test Reports and Capabilities and Limitation reports, as written deliverables
Ensure recommended T&E strategies are coordinated and consistent with System Engineering Plans (SEP)
Advise and make recommendations to ensure that Developmental T&E (DT&E) requirements are addressed in all phases of the acquisition life cycle process
Prepare for and support Test Readiness Review (TRR) events and Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events
Review test reports for adequacy and provide recommendations to support engineering and milestone decisions
Make recommendations for the selection of appropriate test ranges, test facilities, laboratories and test sites
Participate in the development of requirements/capabilities documents and ensure requirements are testable and traceable to operational capabilities
Prepare a Feasibility of Support message, IAW MCSC procedures, for tests that require operational Marine support including System Integration Tests (SIT) and Fleet User Evaluations (FUE)
Participate in and support Fleet exercises and experiments, as requested, in the role of observer and data collector
Qualification
Required
Must demonstrate strong technical acumen and mathematics
Expertise with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project)
Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently as well as part of an Integrated Product Team
Ability to multitask and produce quality products
Bachelor of Science Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field of study with 3 - 8 years' experience. A Master's may be considered in lieu of 3 years of relevant experience. 6 years of relevant technical experience and military training may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor of Science
Experience developing material for test plans, reports, manuals, documentation, briefs, proposals, and related technical documentation
Demonstrated experience planning and executing test events
