Responsibilities

Monitor program timelines, milestones, and resource usage

Evaluate existing client operations, and define the management approach for the team

Design the governance and program management office framework

Develop or manage the development of roles and responsibilities for the organization structure

Estimate and specify PMO resource needs. Communicate those needs to the People workstream and participate in interviews as needed

Specify technical and facilities requirements. Communicate those requirements to the appropriate personnel and verify their completion

Verify that the PMO and governance functions are ready for go-live date in production
