Providing assistance to on-site Community Managers
Ensuring a positive experience for residents or tenants
Contributing to the overall success of properties
Learning community specifics such as unit mix and amenity package
Adapting to changing geographic scope, supervisors, and assignments
Qualification
Required
Ability to promptly learn community specifics (unit mix, amenity package, sub-market conditions, PMS reports, client specifications, etc.)
Support the effective management and operations of multiple residential communities
Provide assistance to on-site Community Managers
Ensure a positive experience for residents or tenants
Contribute to the overall success of properties
