They are seeking a Manager for HR Analytics and Data Science to oversee the data science team, develop advanced analytical techniques, and drive data-driven insights across the organization.

Responsibilities

Oversee the data science team in driving data-driven insights and solutions across the organization

Develop and implement advanced analytical techniques, machine learning and artificial intelligence models, and statistical methods to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation

Manage multiple data science projects successfully addressing cross-technology and cross- platform issues

Oversee the analysis, development, and implementation of sophisticated data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to extract insights and patterns from complex datasets

Play a critical role in the design, oversight, and implementation of artificial intelligence capabilities within the HR community

Develop and execute a data science strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives

Identify opportunities to leverage data science for strategic decision-making and improved clinical and operational efficiency

Serve as a technical consultant and translate highly technical information to numerous audiences, including senior management, the user community, and staff

Conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluation of staff

Required
