Required

3 to 5 years of finance experience at a top-tier law firm, primarily representing private equity sponsors, private companies, and other borrowers in secured transactions, particularly in connection with acquisition financings and refinancings

Collaborative team player with strong initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrable client relationship skills

Ability to communicate complex matters clearly and concisely in oral and written form

Eager to grow professionally and actively contribute to firm and practice initiatives

Member of the State Bar of California
